Vide order dated 20.05.2017 passed in Title Suit No. 412/2013, the learned Sub Judge, Pupri, Sitamarhi, has rejected the interim injunction petition filed on behalf of the plaintiffs/petitioners.

The order impugned is appealable under Order 43, Rule 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure.

As such, this miscellaneous petition is not maintainable. Accordingly it is dismissed.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
