JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, this petitioner in connivance with other accused persons on the basis of forged Panchnama executed the land of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As per allegation in the FIR, accused Arbind Kumar Jaiswal and Dilip Jaiswal conspired and created the forged Panchnama and got the land mutated in their names. It is further

No.34818 of 2022(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 submitted that this petitioner only singed on the Batwara paper and became witness of the sale-deed being the Gram Panchayat member without any benefit. Petitioner is neither purchaser nor vendor of the alleged land in question. Petitioner is a lady and has got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in C. A. Case No. 1519 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
