2. In pursuance of the order dated 01.11.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19803 of 2014, the opposite parties have

Patna High Court MJC No.3820 of 2018(7) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 already passed an order vide Gyapank:-2/Ni Ko-28/2013-786 dated 21.04.2022.

3. Considering the fact that in pursuance of the order dated 01.11.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19803 of 2014, the order has already been passed, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated 21.04.2022, if so advised.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
