2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal before the Collector under Section 9 (6) (a) of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.

In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner files the appeal as mentioned above within a period of two weeks' from today, then the learned Collector is directed to disposed of the appeal of the petitioner after hearing all the concerned parties within a period of four months from the production/receipt of
