Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner was arrested and it is said that petitioner is the Zonal Commandor of M.C.C. The Investigating Officer did not find the owner of the mobile number from which extortion was demanded. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 18.09.2014, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
