JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority to initiate a departmental proceeding asking show cause against the respondent no.-7 namely Bharat Thakur, who is posted on the post of Parichaari at Community Health Centre, Kalyanpur, District- East Chamapran who has shown to remain present in two place on same date filing his attendance in the Court at

Patna High Court CWJC No.8469 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 Motihari and also shown to remain present on his duty of Parhchaari at Health Centre Kalyanpur, which is not possible and is a grave misconduct of his Govt. service duty for which he is liable for suitable punishment in accordance with law.

(ii) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority directing the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to fix the liability in whose support respondent no. 7 was allowed to misconduct in his duty with some oblique motive in discharging public duty."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed.
