On getting confidential information regarding indulgence in immoral traffic at the place of Late Maimun Nisha, raid was conducted and during course thereof, three persons Rupesh Kumar @ Alok Kumar (petitioner), Ashok and Md. Ishak were apprehended outside the house while inside the house eight women so named were apprehended along with the items in terms of seizure list.

Co-accused Ashok Kumar whose case stood on similar footing than that of petitioner had already been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23249 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 bail vide Cr. Misc. No.21986 of 2015 on account thereof, petitioner Rupesh Kumar @ Alok Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned First Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POSCO) in connection with POSCO Case No.7 of 2015 arising out of Town P.S. Case No.104 of 2015.
