The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018 registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 307 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P Act.

The accusation is of torturing the complainant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and also removing from her matrimonial house snatching her personal belongings.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and Gotani of the complainant and

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) six with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-XI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
