Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against petitioner is that she impersonated one Kavita Devi and withdrew huge amount of Indira Awas but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the petitioner is an illiterate lady and as a matter of fact, co-accused, Krishna Ram and others took signature and photographs of the petitioner and used the same in committing the alleged crime and moreover, the aforesaid co-accused, Krishna Ram has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.
