The petitioner seeks bail in Bairganiya P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 555 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner Dhiraj Kumar, Mani Kumar and Ganga Prasad are alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant with knife. Three incised wound were found on different parts of the body of Mahavir Paswan. Out of which injury no. 3 found on left side of abdomen is opined to be grievous in nature. Other two injuries are simple in nature. Who is the author of 3rd injury is not disclosed by the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for eleven

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, III, Sitamarhi in Bairganiya P.S.
