2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Krityanand Nagar P.S. Case No. 326 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one co-accused took away the deceased and after assaulting him on his head, looted Rs. 80000 from him.

4. Considering the serious allegation of loot against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
