Vide order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5780 of 2015, 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur was directed to conclude the trial within one year. Now the Sessions Trial No. 343 of 2015 was transferred to the court of 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur from the court of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur. The 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur requested to extend the period for concluding the trial by one more year. Since the accused is in custody, the 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to hold the trial on day to day basis and conclude the same within six months positively from the date of receipt of this order.
