Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State, Mr. Rabindra Kumar. 2.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 328, 307, 494, 498A, 120B, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and being fatherin-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and brother-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48499 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/3 in-law (Bahnoi) of the informant have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that informant alleges that she married to Surya Prakash @ Gopal Paswan on 31-5-2021 and after marriage, the accused persons including the petitioners started demanding a Scropio and Rs. 3 lakh and on account of non-fulfillment of the demand, she was tortured and it is also alleged that the accused persons tried to make her consume poisonous laddu but she managed to ward off and thereafter it is alleged that she was assaulted by the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that whenever any dispute arises in between the husband and the wife, the entire family members are implicated in a mechanical manner with general, omnibus and ornamental allegation. It is next submitted that it does not appear probable that so many accused persons failed in their attempt to administer poisonous laddu to the informant. It is thus submitted that this amply demonstrates the falsity of the allegation.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48499 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 3/3 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Shaharghat P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
