To that effect, he has filed xerox copy of the death certificate dated 21.03.2024 issued by Nagar Parishad, Shahpur, Patori, Samastipur. The death certificate discloses that Pramod Kumar aged 75 years died on 02.03.2024 at Chak Salem, Patori, Samastipur, Bihar.

2. In view of the death of the appellant, the criminal case gets abated against the appellant. Therefore, the criminal appeal is closed.
