Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case itself, deceased left his house along with the petitioner and subsequently, dead body of the deceased was recovered. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.11.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that investigation against the petitioner has already been completed, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
