Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No.135 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 8 and 20(b)(ii)(C) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
