Petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 400, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

It is alleged that on information that miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity raid was made and one country made loaded pistol was recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already concluded and coaccused Kundan Sahni has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 14388 of 2015. Though the petitioner is accused in one other case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25270 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014.
