The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R. No.844/2021 arising out of Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No.297/2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 328, 302/34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is that they have committed murder of the son of the informant. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. There is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37516 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 28.02.2024 and one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S. Case No.297/2021.
