2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 202/2017 dated 14.12.2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Darbhanga.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35115 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
