The petitioners are languishing in custody since 02.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners was using electricity energy through naked wire resulted into electrocution of the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was electrocuted in the field of Ashok Paswan and there is nothing on record to suggest that naked electric wire was being used by these petitioners for irrigation
