The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of a coaccused and one shirt and a small box of ornaments are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that no T.I.P. of the articles was held and the police submitted chargesheet. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Additional
