Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle while he was trying to flee with the above stated motorcycle, I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bihiya P.S.
