ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment dated 4.1.2014 passed by the Adhoc A.D.J., I, Sheikhpura, in Criminal Appeal No. 02/49 of 2013.

The admitted position is that the Additional 1st Adhoc A.D.J., Sheikhpura, has dismissed the Criminal Appeal No. 02/49 of 2013 by a cryptic order dated 4.1.2014.

In such circumstances, the matter is remanded to the Court below for a fresh adjudication. Since the Petitioner has ample notice with regard to the remand, no further notice shall be issued to him.

In the meanwhile, let the petitioner above named, be released on furnishing bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two

No.246 of 2015 dt.07-05-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura (Hathiyawan O.P.) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2012, G.R No. 337 of 2012, subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner.
