Let the defect(s) be removed within four weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.240 of 2019 (POCSO Case No.272 of 2019 instituted under Sections 376(d)/34 of the IPC and 4/6 POCSO Act.

The petitioner had earlier moved this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.19337 of 2021 dated 26.10.2021, which was heard and rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. No new fact has come up to review the order of the learned co-ordinate Bench and the bail application is accordingly rejected.
