Petitioner is accused in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 12442 of 2018 and 65390 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-VI,
