JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 13-05-2015 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. His prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29562 of 2014 with observation that if the trial is not concluded within seven months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, he would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. It has been contended that till date only two witnesses could be examined on behalf of the prosecution during trial. The petitioner is reported to be in custody since

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 corresponding to Trial No. 4040 of 2014.
