JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred a writ petition against the order dated 15.01.2019 passed by the Director, Agriculture, Bihar, Patna, an order which has been passed in compliance to the order of this Court, disobedience whereof, has been complained of, hence it is submitted that the petitioner does not wish to press the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the writ petition which he has already filed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
