The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.131 of 2019 for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Ashok Singh has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84492 of 2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 19.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.84492 of 2019, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

No.10943 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees eten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Excise Court, Bhojpur in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.131 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
