Petitioner appears to be only a member of an unlawful assembly and it was co-accused Akhilesh Mehta, who shot fire causing firearm injury to the informant.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Uda-Kishunganj ( Madhepura) in connection with Chausa ( Fulout) P.S.Case No. 94 of 2015.
