JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.9.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the theft of the motorcycle of the informant, the FIR was lodged against unknown. Subsequently, the motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner claims that the motorcycle was given to him by one Md. Asgar Ali.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
