2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Karagahar P.S Case No. 67/2022.
3. The marital discord between the couple has given rise to the present litigation.
4. The marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2007. According to allegation, the accused persons demanded Rs.5,00,000/- cash in dowry and for non-fulfilment of the demand, they subjected her to cruelty. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33783 of 2025(5) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 petitioner brought her from his place of work and dropped the victim in her native place.
5. Pursuant to the order dated 10.11.2025 the petitioner and the informant (wife) are present in Chamber today.
6. According to the assertion of the wife, she was residing in Maharashtra with her husband, but he committed cruelty.
7. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karagahar P.S.Case No. 67/;2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand) per month, as an interim maintenance, to the opposite party no.2.
