Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 18.12.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
