JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-414, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners were caught by police while they were removing parts of a stolen vehicle but the first information report itself, goes to show that the aforesaid stolen vehicle had been brought to the shop of one Bam Shankar Kumar @ Panna Singh by co-accused, Lalit Rai and the aforesaid co-accused, Bam Shankar Kumar @ Panna Singh admitted before the police that he had purchased the said vehicle. Moreover, submission on behalf of petitioners is that petitioner No. 1 is a mechanic and as a matter of

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
