64,07,300/- under head of extra item i.e.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13867 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 compaction work as the respondent is sitting over the approval matter for so many years despite the Committee gave approval for many extra items and other works."

We are not inclined to entertain this application in view of the facts and circumstances of the case. The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum.

This application stands disposed of.
