The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b) A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police along with other accused persons but from the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge along with one ring of iron was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 37/2015.
