The petitioner is accused in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 426 of 2015, registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 380 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that 10 named accused persons in the F.I.R., including the petitioner, along with 5-6 unknown came at the house of the informant Suresh Kumar Singh, where Ganesh Singh laid down to father of informant on earth, then Dinesh Kumar Singh caused fire arm injury, who died. Thereafter, all of them started to damage the household articles and put on fire the house and at that time they also took away cash and ornaments.

The allegation to cause fire arm injury to the deceased is against the co-accused Dinesh Kumar Singh. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 05.02.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
