Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Tilakamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2020 for the offence under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner was not named in the FIR. His name surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Pyare and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is 18 years old. He is s in judicial custody since 1.6.2020.
