No. 21435 of 2013 and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no 756 of 2013 arising out of Lakhisarai ( Kabaiya O.P) Case No. 305 of 2012, pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge IInd Lakhisarai is again rejected.
