2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22344/2025.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the concerned learned District Court is not able to understand the meaning of Khatiyan. The petitioner is having certificate issued by the Circle Officer, Banjariya, East Champaran giving details of the land possessed by the petitioner. The petitioner may furnish the information as contained in communication contained in letter No.154 dated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40333 of 2025(4) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 15.07.2015 (Annexure R/2 to the counter affidavit) before the learned District Court for making learned District Court satisfied for releasing the petitioner on pre-arrest bail. 4.Further period to surrender before the learned District Court, as prayed for, is also extended by two weeks.
5. The order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22344/2025 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.
6. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
