Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 364, 392 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statements of co- accused Santosh Rai, Govind Kumar and admittedly, co- accused Govind Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 11.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 9851/2016. So far as petitioner is concerned, he is in jail custody since 26.2.2016 and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
