The petitioner no. 1 being father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 being son-in-law, petitioner no. 3 being grandson and petitioner no. 4 being daughter of the informant are languishing in custody since 29-12-2018 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C. The prosecution case is of killing second wife of the informant and of disposal of the dead body in order to grab the share of the property of the informant.

It is submitted by leaned counsel for the petitioners that

It is further submitted that only on the basis of suspicion, accusation has been levelled. Learned APP submits that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general, the investigation being concluded and the period in custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur (Manjhaul) P.S.
