JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was twice rejected by this Court but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 07.06.2013 but up till now only 14 witnesses could be examined whereas proposed charge sheet witnesses are 30 in numbers and the trial court has committed error on record in reporting that only 20 prosecution witnesses have been proposed in charge sheet. It is further pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was LIC agent and he had no access to the office and computer of the LIC and as it

Misc. No. 944 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, C.B.I 1st Patna in connection with R.C.Case No. 9A of 2013, subject to the condition that petitioner shall attend the trial court on each and every date for a period of six months or till conclusion of his trial which ever is earlier and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, the learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
