====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 dated 03.06.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It appears from the accusation that 80 litres of liquor was recovered from a motorcycle which was being driven by the petitioner and which motorcycle also was alleged to be a stolen one. There is nothing on record to indicate that the motorcycle which has been recovered was a stolen property.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2020. Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32474 of 2020(2) dt.08-12-2020 2/2 bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020.
