2. As undertaken by the petitioner a draft of Rs. 4 lakhs towards full and final settlement of the grievances of O.P. No. 2 has been brought today.

3. The draft no. 169179 payable in the name of Ashok Kumar of UCO Bank has been produced before the Court.

4. The same is handed over to Mr. Yash Sahay, learned Advocate to be delivered to Mr. Ashok Kumar (O.P. No. 2).

5. Since the grievance of O.P. No. 2 has already been redressed and the order passed by this Court so far as the reparation is concerned has been complied with, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 02.11.2021.

6. The order dated 02.11.2021 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner now surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today, he shall be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as was stipulated in the order dated 02.11.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 9610 of 2020.

7. The petition stands disposed of.

8. Mr. Yash Sahay, learned Advocate has endorsed his signature in the file in token of his having received the aforenoted draft payable to Mr. Ashok Kumar (O.P. No. 2).
