JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, it was coaccused Brahmdeo Yadav, who gave spade blow causing head injury to the deceased, whereas petitioner and other co-accused are said to have assaulted the informant of the present case. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Awdhesh Yadav and Sudhu Yadav alias Sidhu Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with
