JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, 250 gms. of Ganja is said to have been recovered from the Katghara of the petitioner for which, the petitioner is in jail custody since 28-02-2015. Admittedly, the recovered quantity comes under the purview of small quantity.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 giving rise to G.O. Case No. 15 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga.
