JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-419, 420, 465, 468, 471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is named the first information report but the entire allegation of taking money centres around co-accused, Pradeep Kumar and it is only stated that when the informant was taken to Danapur hospital in the name of medical, the petitioner and several other accused were also present at Danapur hospital. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also keeping in
