JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.01.2015 in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 414, 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)1, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol along one live cartridge was recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. Further it is submitted that from possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and one

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S.
