Prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected at an earlier occasion vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.28267 of 2014, identifying the petitioner as a person, who lit fire. Furthermore, from the aforesaid order, it is also apparent that matter has already been compromised amongst the parties. Even then, instead of getting the trial disposed of by adducing all the witnesses, prayer for bail has been renewed.

Taking into account the status of the petitioner, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, payer of petitioner for bail is rejected. However, the parties are expected to produce the witnesses and the learned lower Court, simultaneously, is directed to proceed on day to day basis and conclude the trial within three months positively.
