JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made Katta and one cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and it is alleged that the petitioner is a dreaded criminal. The petitioner has disclosed that prior to institution of this case; he was made accused in three cases.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that police has planted this case against the petitioner who is in jail custody since 17-11-2015.

No.15805 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 jail custody as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
